Information you provide

We collect the information you submit in group, contact and property-listing forms, such as name, email, phone, travel dates, room needs and your message. Do not submit payment card information.

Booking handoffs

When you select a direct booking link, we may record the property, referring page, non-sensitive search parameters and a one-way user-agent hash. We do not store raw IP addresses in the booking click log.

How information is used

We use submitted data to respond, route an inquiry to the appropriate property, verify listings, operate the directory, prevent abuse and understand whether booking handoffs work.

Sharing

A lodging inquiry may be shared with the participating hotel needed to respond. A reservation completed with a hotel or booking provider is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry and operational records only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, legal obligations and security. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
